Australia Day Fireworks Display 2017
This post comes with a warning. People who are easily offended are warned that this post contains foul and coarse languages.
Now that you have been warned, I went to Darling Harbour in Sydney to take some images of the Australia Day fireworks display. I arrived at Darling Harbour at approximately 4:00 pm and started scouting around for a reasonable vantage point. After waiting for about more than one and a half hour, the security guards requested everyone to move as they wanted to clear the entry way. Well fair enough and everyone was directed to a new sitting place. I sat and waited in my place for over 3 hours including the initial place where everyone was requested to move. At around 6:30 pm, the security guards allowed more people in and asked them to sit on the walkway in front of people who had already taken their seats on the terraces (I was one of them). Since it was Australia Day, most people were in a joyous mood and did not mind as the people who came later were asked to sit on the walkway. After all, let's all be considerate and friendly.
At around 7:45 pm, everyone was requested to stand for the Australian National anthem which was sang in aboriginal language and English. The fireworks display was scheduled to start after the Advance Australia Fair. This is where I get completely pissed of by these fucking stupid people who came late and were asked to sit on the walkway. Although at the front row, they refused to sit down even though they knew that my tripod and camera had been set up and they would have blocked my view and camera. These people are not young children, they are elderly matured adults or should I say fuck wits. If it was legal to hammer the guy and his partners on their heads, I would have. Fucking fucking inconsiderate imbeciles.
So what happened to be a good plan after securing my vantage point and setting up my tripod and camera came to a complete waste because of these fucking dim wits.
As you can see from the first photo, I had pre-focussed, manually select the colour temperature and framed the scene for the fireworks. All the set ups were a complete waste because of these fucking dim witted imbeciles with shit in their heads. Does it encourage me to friendly and considerate in future, I think not because there are too many inconsiderate bastards and bitches.
Anyway, I made something out of the worse scenario without achieving to capture the images the way I had initially planned and had to do a lot of cropping. Fuck these animals, I hate these inconsiderate fuck wits. I do not like swearing but these stupid inconsiderate animals truly infuriate me. Sorry for all the swearing and foul language.
