Living On The Cheap - Manly
It's been a while since I visited Many. This afternoon I decided give myself a cheap treat going to Manly on the Manly ferry using my seniors Opal card. Guess you should know how old I am now. As I said, it was cheap, only $2.50. I ought to do it more often. It's about time that I start enjoying the life of a retiree and should enjoy going out more often.
The day was good with good weather and the Manly ferry ride was refreshing. Get an oversea trip, a train journey and a good lunch, all for under $20.00. What more can one asks for. Free from hassle, free from work, free from trouble and it's cheaper than chips.
One thing about photography is that you can either do it on the cheap or on the expensive. The expensive part is getting the gears for it. Other than that you can just relax, enjoy the capturing the atmosphere, studying the light, composing your shot and ultimately looking for that one shot that will make it all such an enjoyment and worthwhile pursuing.
