The Chingai flags festival of Penang. Happened to be just at the right place at the right time at the start of the festival parade. I remember, as a kid, I used to enjoy the parade and I must say I still do. It's a good thing that the parade has been changed to the night when the heat and humidity is not as oppressive. Hope you enjoy the parade through my lens.
